Impact Exhibition Management, operator of Impact Arena, Exhibition and Convention Center, Thailand’s largest exhibition and convention venue, celebrates being the first exhibition and convention center in the world to win the UFI HR Award for two consecutive years. The award will be officially presented during the 92nd UFI Global Congress, held 19 to 22 November 2025 at AsiaWorld-Expo, Hong Kong. This global recognition highlights Impact’s excellence in human resource innovation and sustainable MICE development.
Driving smart city transformation
In parallel with this global achievement, Impact continues to advance its Smart City initiative in Muang Thong Thani, Greater Bangkok, aimed at improving safety, mobility, and the visitor experience for all stakeholders – from event organisers and exhibitors to concertgoers and incentive groups. Now entering Phase 2, the AI-powered Intelligent Traffic Management System (ITMS) integrates 100 CCTV cameras to enhance safety, traffic flow, and visitor convenience. The system demonstrated measurable improvements during THAIFEX – Anuga Asia 2025, ensuring a smoother and greener event experience.
