Four weeks into 2024, Copenhagen Convention Bureau has won four new congresses, ranging from 250 to 4,000 participants, amounting to approximately 18,000 room nights.
The congresses confirmed are the BIR – World Recycling Convention, the 13th European Meeting of the Urban Economics Association and the International Conference on Digital Preservation. Both BIR – World Recycling Convention and the 13th European Meeting of the Urban Economics Association are set to take place this year, while the International Conference on Digital Preservation will be held in 2026.
The congress wins follow a busy 2023 for Copenhagen, which hosted a string of big congresses, including WindEurope and ESHRE. This year, Copenhagen is set to welcome a range of big events, including the World of Coffee Congress at Bella Center and AQUA 2024.
