SoolNua, the specialist business events advisory, has started a new era of leadership under Aoife McCrum and Gráinne Ní Ghiollagáin.
Aoife McCrum and Gráinne Ní Ghiollagáin have taken over as joint Owners and Managing Partners from renowned industry veterans Patrick Delaney and Pádraic Gilligan, who founded SoolNua in 2014. SoolNua, meaning “new eye,” offers fresh perspectives and innovative solutions to clients worldwide, including destinations, hotels, venues, MICE agencies, and associations seeking advice and growth. Known for their out-of-the-box thinking, creative approach, and in-depth industry insights, the SoolNua team provides expert guidance in strategy, marketing, and training.

Aoife McCrum, a graduate in advertising and marketing, has been with SoolNua since its inception and has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s brand and reputation. Gráinne Ní Ghiollagáin, who joined SoolNua five years ago, qualified as a pharmacist before spending significant time gaining industry knowledge and experience on the industry’s supply and demand sides.
The founders of SoolNua will continue to be involved in different capacities. Patrick Delaney will remain connected in an advisory role, contributing selectively to key projects, while Pádraic Gilligan will continue as an integral part of the operational team, providing strategic direction and mentorship.
