M.Sc. (Econ.) Veronica Lindholm has been appointed CEO of the Finnish Fair Corporation. She will assume her new position 1 January 2026.
Veronica Lindholm brings strong expertise in international business, customer experience development, and strategic leadership to the Finnish Fair Corporation. She has previously served as CEO of Indoor Group Oy (Asko and Sotka), Finnkino Group, and as Managing Director, Mondelez Finland Oy. In addition, she has extensive experience in board work, and holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Hanken School of Economics.
“I am excited and highly motivated to take on this new role. The Finnish Fair Corporation is in a strong growth phase, and I see many opportunities to develop the Group’s event portfolio and services together with Finland’s top event professionals,” says Veronica Lindholm.

The current CEO of the Finnish Fair Corporation, Anni Vepsäläinen, will continue in her role until the end of the year. She is stepping down at her own request to focus on project-based assignments and board positions in the future.
